We are committed to ensure your total satisfaction.
Should you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 24 hours by contacting us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via phone at (905) 264-2034. Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am - 1:00 pm Eastern Time.
Should you have received the item and would like to return it for credit (minus the shipping charges and taxes on shipping charges), you may do so within 7 days from receipt only. Provided the goods remain in completely new and unused condition. The returned item(s) will be subject to quality control and if items do not meet the noted standard ie. are scratched, used etc. these will be returned back to you at customers expense.

It is the customers responsibility that any goods returned to the LSF Group are fully insured whilst in transit.
As noted we make every possible effort to ensure that the item you receive is what was ordered.
Should this not be the case we offer a free return service via UPS if...
- the item is not what was ordered.
- the item is flawed.
